Dimension LOWER limit: 1200px on the narrowest side

It's the last minutes for submissions! It's also about time to chat about the final design. Some notes from me:
>the name box will be made smaller, it's about half filled out (still haven't done that)

Now for the state mandated conflict, I can not in good conscience accept >>542193993. I am sorry, but with what has been pointed out in the thread, combined with me still being reasonably paranoid about what /actually/ killed the 2023 banner plus this entire project running on money from multiple individuals I do not want to chance anything. I like to believe that the logo was the main culprit, and we are all aware of how easily Bamco as a whole likes to pull the trigger if they get even a whiff of corporate litigation.

Also I added country names on top. I don't know if I want to keep them or not, discuss.
