Sometimes that's all you need. Last comm I got done I sent the artist this and they were still able to come up with a finished piece I was super happy with.

Can't blame people if they do find niche sloppa stuff that's fairly on the money for what they want as a reference occasionally though. Sometimes it's easier to just say 'just like this' than have to work through a few rounds of revisions
