The US easily has the best police cars. Even outside the crown Vic with the Caprice, dodge diplotmat and aero crown vic. The unmarked crown vic was the best undercover car

But, I'll give honourable mentions to the French and British Peugeot 406's, the French also used the 406 as a detective car afaik and it was amazing. Also the some British agencies used the Subaru WRX as a traffic car and I think one used a Ford RS200.

Japan's also pretty cool, they used like the NSX and GTR, GT-ST as traffic cars but the old Nissan Cedrics were pretty cool too. The Galant looked amazing too.

Japanese unmarked traffic cars also have this weird cut out on the roof that automatically comes up so, a rotating beacon can come up. It was cool in the beginning but, now I think it's kinda lame here's a link

But they're one of the few cunts that still uses old school rotators and their detective cars have the classic Kojak teadrop beacon with the cigarette lighter connection.

I'll give Aus a mention too because of their ford falcons and Holden commodores, idk about the kinda cars they use nowadays I haven't looked too much into it but I think it's mainly euro cars. They pull off the BMW the best
