I mean the whole point of female muscle art and fantasy is to make muscle feminine.
It's hard to explain, but when we draw a girl with some attribute, even it's if usually masculine, BUT it's undeniable that she's a girl, I find that attribute opens up to being feminine.
I think it can vary from person to person. For instance I just can't transmute dicks to being feminine in this way. I just can't do it. To me it's just an undeniable male part and can't be female :/
