Only subhumans do that. Subhumans have a propensity for crime, at least violent crime. Honestly they should let convict see girlfriends/wives like in Norway. That way prison rape wont happen. Or the sentences should be less time. Norway doesn't sentence someone past 20 years, it's too long. Everything about America is subhuman and a Bastard's rule.
