I wonder if vanguard is used to throw people into smurf queue and if not WHY not? I mean...the tech is there. it makes the most sense.

the main reason this would maybe be bad I can think of is if LoL is played at those PC cafe places (like whats popular in Korea) it would be bad but I imagine you could go through some sort of request form or special code to apply to your PC somehow that tells the Vanguard to NOT smurf-queue the shit out of this PC.

but yeah, I send smurfers and streamers into e-prison islands desu.
