I try to balance it out, trying to get both spirits and friendships. a double rainbow usually got me 40+ speed, so they are important. truth nukes give flat bonuses, so i pop them as soon as theyre on whatever stat im lacking, usually power or stamina. i try to always have energy, and rest when im at like a half. do wits when trainings are ass.
This usually gets me a 1200/700/1000 run, with big stam inherits
