She's accidentally bisexual. They almost certainly confused her for a guy when they made that episode, and just put her in the background to fill the roster with crazy characters. But now that she's an actual character, then yeah, she'd be bisexual.
I honestly am surprised they haven't brought it up yet, but I can't believe the season will end without addressing that. I guess wanting to smooch PB is another thing she has in common with Finn, just like losing a hand and travelling to an astral plane.
