Rupture characters rely on dealing sheer force damage
Sheer force damage ignores def (so it's bad with pen, works separately from res shred) it helps you deal consistent damage without needing stun windows
It scales off HP (it's actually atk but all current and future ruptures have a passive that make it scale off HP for some reason)
