Until a big developer decides to grow a brain and do things vastly different than the established 'grind grind grind grind gear gear gear gear' garbage that every MMO does, every single MMO that comes out will continue to fail and die.

And because corporations are worthless and their 'market research' will continue to tell them to make shitty wow clones (a game that was not even that good to begin with), no, it isn't possible.
