There's no such things as "actual" books. Books are books and if you enjoyed reading it then you get the point of fictional books. Sure, these are popular genre-defining classics with intricate prose and deep intention behind it. I respect their legacy, but what's the fucking point slogging through all of these boring shit when there's a better option at hand. I'd rather continue my beloved nukige than forcing myself through Moby-Dick and Don Quixote because people define it as "actual literature" and the thoughts that I could get something from it is planted in my mind (I won't) Also any chuunige/LNs s will always be better than actual literature because I enjoyed it more. That's my definition of actual books
