I've been hearing people mentioning every now and then that qipao Tomoe is meta.
I finally took a look at her skills and I don't get it.
Isn't this really only useful for Goz? Most of this stuff isn't worth kicking out your Kisaki / nyFuuka / Rio / sNagisa slot. Am I missing something?
