Her being a robot/autoton was already clear. It's also not agains the rules that non human characters can't have visions, see: Albedo and Ineffa. Thing is if she's playable she'll probably get her moonwheel/vision in the story, that's what I think atleast.

Both of them are the real sandrone already, I don't think there is some sort of mastermind behind them especially since Sandorne looks just like Mary ann Guillutin from Narzissenkreuz ordo.
Another thing to consider is how symmetrical her model looks, I don't get it but alot of people point that out as an argument against playablility.
