>Flesh-eaters
A royal decapitator. Fast and mean fighter who plays like he's a tank, but just has the savagery to scrape by despite his lack of armor. Like the other anon says, his dialogue is just growls and gibberish unless you're either also playing one or you have some kind of insanity debuff.
>Soulslight Gravelords
You'd just play as a minor vampire lord. Perhaps having some kind of necromancy magic that, functionally, translates as healing or buffs.
The nighthaunt and ossiarch bonerippers lack the autonomy to really ally with order factions. So they wouldn't be playable. FEC's is kind of pushing it, but since they're literally insane and unpredictable, I think you could kind of justify it in-lore as your character sees the "monsters" you're teamed up with as a lesser evil to dispose of later. Obviously, there's never a mechanic where you attack your team as that'd be unfun for the players.
>Gloomspite
Some form of squig rider. In part because a cute squig would be marketable, but also because tide games tend to lack cavalry and they might be small enough to justify their inclusion.
>Ogors
A bloodpelt hunter. I think it'd be funny for someone who so clearly looks like a tank to be a largely ranged character, and would be a boss-centered character.
>Warclans
You'd have one 'ardboy and one slittaboss. Both to introduce the distinctions between Krulboyz and Ironjawz, and because they'd serve as a tank and a dps fighter, respectively.
Gargants are too big, but you could probably have a gargant merchant at the hub area so they can have their own character.
