People need to start accepting that sports in general aren't healthy. The grand majority of centenarians led sedentary lifestyles. And it makes sense, humans aren't really built for sports of any kind. The physical activity of cavemen was basically just some walking at a comfortable pace, and then they would hunt a big animal like every 10 days, and a lot of that hunting just involved making traps. I can assure you anons, the stress you generate on your body with one single workout is a lot more than what cavemen experienced in a hunt. And some of you are doing that shit up to 5 times a week.
>but making houses required hard work!
A one time activity, and the first shelters were ridiculously easy to make. When people started settling down in one place and making bigger, more complex buildings, is when they turned to literal slavery to have shit made, because the elites understood that wasn't good for you. Yet we nowadays have retards applying for manual labour saying "free gym xxdxdxdxdx", basically trying to emulate the life of an ancient slave who would die at 35.
