Kundalini is a real force/energy. I don't understand it well enough to know much, but in my direct experience it is natural and contained within all of us. I'm starting to think the lack of real resources to help understand this and the amount of baseless inanity surrounding the subject is by design.

Kundalini being widely understood or studied would shake religions, science, and politics massively.
