If offenesive dice recycle, why not block dice? There isn't a significant difference between the two actions. Hell, counter dice recycle regardless unless it's an evade vs evade. It's not like offensive dice are meant to be pushing through with a single strike since the dice move in the queue rather than merely get recycled.
Also, there is one more important mechanic I forgot to mention.
Once a die is rolled, a "snapshot" of their Power and min-max values is taken. This means that if, say, Stab and Detonate clashes against 6 ranged offensive dice (possible to do against Eileen's counter dice), the second die will NOT get boosted by first die more than once.
This also applies to dice being recycled, but ranged page interaction is technically its own thing.
