I play several gachas (and regular games) everyday without issues.

For reference and to be clear, I'm not a neet.
I work everyday full time and I live alone.
My parents died several years ago, so unlike most of /sora/ I can't leech off them or depend on their help to do house chores or anything.

This is my current day to day schedule, you will see that there's no issues with managing time:

>make myself breakfast
>use AP on Genshin
>use AP on Star Rail
>use AP on ZZZ
>use AP on WuWa
>use AP on FGO
>use AP on BA
>use AP on Stella Sora
>do Dailies on Nikke
>do Dailies on BD2
>masturbate to some of my favorite doujins or my own AI generated images/videos
>work (from home) while listening to my favorite vtubers on the background
8 hours later
>work done for the day
>make myself dinner
>pay the maid (if she came to clean my house that day)
>use AP on Genshin
>use AP on Star Rail
>use AP on ZZZ
>use AP on WuWa
>use AP on FGO
>use AP on BA
>use AP on BD2
>use AP on Stella Sora
>maybe play a REAL GAME that I bought recently like Megabonk, Silent Hill F or something from my backlog for a couple of hours
>watch whatever daily seasonal anime episode is out like Konosuba, Overlord, SAO, Danmachi, Solo Leveling, Isekai Shoukan, Isekai de Cheat Skill, Isekai wa Smartphone, etc.
>finally masturbate to video hentai or animated porn like Lisa Ann or Phoenix Marie anal videos, or JAVs, or cosplay JAVs, or older hentai like Kuroinu
>go to bed
>put some vtuber past broadcast as background and sleep while listening
Keep in mind that most gacha games only provide like 10 minutes of content per day or less.
There's literally no way to consume your entire day playing gacha games, even if you wanted to, they don't have enough content to provide that luxury.
