Stupid Kleeposter. I had her at 56% CR before and crafted a new flower so I ended up with the same amount of CD and overcapped on CR ever-so slightly. It's not a big deal since it means her burst will be more consistent, since it usually goes off while her Nightsoul state is ending so it wasn't getting the benefit of the +40% CR anyways.
