It was the back end IT section that had its switch shit the bed so it was really only isolated to our device. We do most of our shit remotely(in office). Rarely if ever will we grab a laptop bag and console into a device. Password resets, account management, premission's, email user groups and active directory is all handled on the help desk's end.
I am just wondering how long it would take for the non IT people and the help desk to figure out that its an entire section that can't login ergo push it to the back shop. Help desk has high turnover rate of 4 months max in my company.
