At the rate we're going Russia won't be around in 10-20 years. Their military power is being absolutely destroyed and the second Putin croaks it's over. When that happens Russia is sure to Balkanize hard. If Putin accepts a white peace with no territorial changes or ends up giving back Crimea he's also done. The Ukrainians pretty clearly have the standing to just keep letting the Russians march into their guns or they'd be much more open to surrendering land.

Replacement is not possible for materiel or manpower. What they scrape up doesn't match the previous wave. They've been recorded using T-5fucking4s and now we had a day with no tank losses. Going from guaranteed double digit numbers of tanks getting popped every day to a day with none this late in the game is apocalyptic if you understand what it means with how Russia has been operating. It is plainly evident the Russians have bitten off more than they can chew.
