I try to get most to +1, +3 or +4 if I either use them a lot, or think I will later. I did save up a bunch, but hit an unlucky streak on certain characters, like it cost me like 160 tickets to get +0 bunny anime crossover. And I spent another 170 to get Sonya to +0, I was hoping to get her to +3.
But I'll stop at +1 and start saving for the December bunnies
