It is hard to imagine somepony so bright, cheerful, and bouncy could come from somewhere as harsh as a rock farm. But from the day she saw those bright colors fill up the sky and bring a smile to her face, this pink mare knew it was her mission to do the same for all. In all of Equestria, no pony works harder to see that every one of her friends (and as far as she's concerned, that's everyone) is never left feeling down. She has cupcakes for every birthday, balloons for every gathering, and makes it her personal mission to see her friends with genuine smiles on their faces, all because seeing them happy makes HER happy. Her mirth is boundless, literally laughing in the face of danger and never losing the optimism that is her greatest strength. Congratulations to Pinkie on winning this year's pageant and becoming your Princess of the Board! And of course, let us not forget our vert worthy runner-up: that kindkly bubbly Minuette, or Colgate as she has also been known, is every bit as much a fan of bright glimmering smiles full of healthy teeth, so in honor of her Silver Medal see to it you give yours a good flossing and brushing tonight! 2nd place is Minuette's best showing to date, beating her previous 2022 7th place run!
