I always liked this version of the Joker. He's like a legit mental patient who unpredictabile movements make him a threat even to people trained in hand to hand combat, and it also makes sense why armed police can't catch him because he can scale a building like a fucking monkey. He also feels less attention whorey than other jokers, he's literally just fucking people up for shits and giggles and moves on when he gets bored
