Here’s my honest assessment:

I’ve tried over ten different pharmaceuticals. I have had sleep issues since I was a baby and they have never gotten better. This is sort of like a monkey paw deal, but for me it’s either sleep like a rock and feel sleepy the next day or lie awake for hours trying to sleep, then wake up 4-6 times throughout the night, and feel absolutely useless the following day. Gains are good, you will eat a lot before bed just make sure to work that in to your total daily food consumption and maybe skip a meal or whatever earlier in so you can smash before bed.
