I'm an ex yard worker aka yardie and I was required to work with trades people with a computing/IT office.
I'm late 30's and had to start really slow on free mid light pulley weights, if you are remotely built at all they will use you(clean under this heavy box or lift the whole server rack clean under it, dismantle it clean all the other servers and com boxes)...
