The only thing that sucks about playing Havoc Rover to me is his lack of grouping/AOE and his counter animation being unneccesarily long. Aside from that he's fine - his burst hits like a nuke even now
>only reason he even gets affected by mind hax is because he cares about his friends >kills leviathan twice, lands the attack to seal it >immune to mind hax by the end of the finale
