23cm/360 is normal sens. I play at something similar, i think a bit lower. High sens is usually something like 10cm or below, my fren plays with 5cm/360 and is better than me. People usually tell you to pick the lowest sens you are comfortable with that doesnt limit your ability to look around. I'm autistic at sticking to a common sens in every game and not touching it but honestly you can change it pretty much instantly and it just takes a few min to get used to, although if youre just starting then just stick to the first sens ur comfortable with.
