You gotta understand is that the time a soul has on Earth is a blink of the eye compared to the eternity it will spend in the afterlife. As such, God lets Earth be a big series of tests where souls can exercise their free will. If souls choose to be with God, they choose to be good. If someone dies in an accident, it means God has decided they've had enough time on Earth and they're ready for the afterlife. Thus, all evil is man made.
