Money is scarce or annoying to grind for in some games, which is once again, more time I have to aggravatingly dump into a Pokemon than playing the fucking game.
If I wanted to dump money into an Eevee, I'd choose Jolteon instead because unlike Psychic, Electric is a much rarer type and moves like Alluring Voice and Shadow Ball go a lot further with Jolteon, who can also do it. It also has less weaknesses.
