Is Pokemon still the best video game with breeding mechanic?

I see Pokemon as between animals and humans in intelligence level. They are sort of low IQ almost like 60-70 IQ compared to humans. While 60-70 IQ is basic mental disability for humans it is fair to say that Pokemon are at that level but functioning.
Unlike animals in real life they also have an affinity for human emotions which are higher consciousness emotions. This means Pokemon can relate and feel empathy among other emotions.

So kissing your pokemon is totally natural as it is within their realm of reasoning and understanding.
