I'm a type one diabetic. Over the past two years, I've lost 80lbs, gained some good muscle, and feeling great. One think I've wanted to do is run a mile in under 9 minutes (which was my best time in middle school... the last time I ever really ran a mile).

Problem is, when I run, it TANKS my blood sugar. And then I need carbs to bring it back up. And then I replace the calories I burned running in the first place. It's still a priority of mine to burn calories and keep them down. It's annoying. I just want some of this remaining belly fat gone, bros.

Any tips on running without destroying blood sugar? I heard some bro science along the lines of
>"run slower instead of focusing on speed so you burn fat instead of glucose"
but that feels dumb. Then again, I'm a retard, so...
