things like rule 3 and rule 6 allow them to ban you for basically any reason they make up on the spot, but he's absolutely ban evading. I've seen him get nuked two days in a row, which means he's technically meant to be on a 30 day at the very least.
It just doesn't matter because it's already a dice roll if someone who cares sees him spamming and ban evasion is a joke.
