There is a tag called "tall female" that functions essentially like amazoness. Combine that with "height difference" instead of size difference.

Attached is a simple example done in Noob Vpred 1.0.

I used (1girl:1.3, 1boy:1.3, height difference:1.3, tall female:1.3).
