I remember getting in the zone and stomping lobbies in F.E.A.R. Combat multiplayer servers circa 2006. After the servers were shut down I pretty much gave up on multiplayer shooters until a decade later when OW got a free beta and that's when I realized I got old and lost the edge. Dropped OW after the free beta and stuck with single-player action vidya since.
