This is a long shot but I want to ask: Is the anon doing his Tenchi Muyo custom campaign still around? The last thing I remember is this quote I saw from an anon

I want to know the specifics of how his Lust/Seduction system works so I can try stealing it for a solo OVA campaign. I imagine it's not as simple as "pass the Difficulty Number and skip to sex scene".
