Indeed. It really boils my piss how much the average TF2 player is afraid of using the server browser.
>oh what if the server I try to join has gay rules
>oh what if the server I try to join has shit plugins
>oh what if the server I try to join has a shit map pool
>oh what if the server I try to join has trannies
>oh what if the server I try to join takes a little while to get players
>oh no what if I have to take an extra 5 seconds to join a different server
>oh what if I actually have to find a server on my own for once instead of being a child
and there's always some added excuse like "oh but the Server Browser isn't at the top" or "but I want Quickplay to plop me in a server for me." It's just constant empty whining when the solution is right in front of you. The only satisfaction is that the vast majority of people complaining about being unable to play TF2 are those who genuinely do not deserve to play it. To anyone reading this: if you bitch about having to actually use the server browser, know that you are genuinely scum, and that you deserve to feel both unhappy and unable to enjoy such a great game. It is gatekeeping manifest, and by god am I starting love Valve for it
