Yes, prostitution laws are strictly enforced in the US. Retards on 4Chan who have never even left their home town much less the country will always mention some dark web nonsense where they claim you can find prostitutes but it’s just homosexuals pretending they’re hookers for validation and literal cops. Most Americans have no idea how repressive this place is apropos prostitution.
The police set up prostitution stings all the time. You never even hear about them unless it’s a big ordeal where they catch hundreds of guys.
In the 1970’s and 1980’s the cops did sting operations against homosexuals. Look up Operation Soap (it was in Toronto). Hundreds of men were arrested, people were exposed, lives were ruined, reputations destroyed… The results are the same for these prostitution stings.
>guy finds what he thinks is a prostitute I kind
>claims she’s in the next state over but it’s only 45 minutes away
>shows up with lube and dildos at her request
>gets arrested for “sex trafficking” because he crossed a state line
>has to register as a sex offender for life
>perimenopausal wife who stopped having sex with him years ago finally has cause to leave, gets the kids and house because “sex offender”
>probably fired from job
>social life destroyed
The similarities between these busts and what they did to the fags decades ago is stark. At least with the gay busts the cops could look at the gays as being a separate group. But this? How the fuck do these cops live with themselves?
There used to be websites on the clear web where prostitutes advertised, specifically Backpage and Craigslist. The federal government shut them down maybe 8 years ago. At the time, the going rate for a bottom of the barrel slightly chubby 30-something single mommy was $300/hr.
You can still find street walkers, but those are desperate drug addicts with STD’s. The call girls from Backpage were just sluts who were excited by the idea of being a hooker.
