So I was looking into the AZR-15, learning how the two-mode functions without modification to the selector. There's a relief for the "disconnector" [not visible in this image but revealed in the PrintShootRepeat video] on what appears to be a trigger queue so I think the selector surface deflects it to prevent auto reset until the selector gets rotate enough for a proper camming angle. Also, the original model [pictured] could be filed enough to modify your "disconnector" into an auto sear, kek
