TOPs isn't the ultimate authority, it's an example of what happens when ultra powerful corporations are also the ones who hold a significant portion of military patents as well like in the US.
Krampus wouldn't hate the Proxy because the Proxy thus far hasn't done anything outside of exposing Perlman, which as far as they were concerned he was dead weight working through a Shell anyways.
Krampus does seem to be our most consistently well done faction, Damian has shown us that they are being written as competent in a way that's required when you work in an extremely dangerous cutt-throat apocalypse megacorp, reminds me of corpos in Cyberpunk writing.
I think they're all good, if the Leader and next member are just as good I'll put them in 5/5 star faction.
