You just need to buy BO3 and all its DLCs, and you can get it at sale for quite cheap. There are only three maps left from the WaW-BO3 era that aren't in it and people are already working on them.
I really hope that after this someone will start working on BO4 maps for BO3. They were great but they stuck in a terrible game.
