Same weight, about 5 weeks apart. It might not seem like much and I still have a long ass road ahead before I can leave dyel territory but fucking hell am I happy! I suffered from a muscle wasting disease for 6 + 2 years treatment. Took me around 4 years after treatment before I could do some really low intensity strength training a couple of times a week without breaking. Slow ass progress, going from the wooden stick to 35kg bench, 63kg>75kg - mostly fat, afraid of pushing myself for fear of breaking again. A couple of months ago, about a year after I stopped breaking when exercising, I started training extremely intensively with a friend, 5-6 times a week, going to complete failure pretty much every set. No sign of breaking, no exhaustion, feeling more energized every week and progress is showing. Life's finally bretty gud again
