nah hes right. Theres several sites that outright deny UK access, forcing you to need a VPN
but on most VPNs, the cookie block wont lift so even if you were using exhentai earlier this year its just gone now. the cookies either arent saved, arent loaded, or arent edited depending on VPN.
this means exhentai just cant be accessed from the UK

im sure some VPNs work, but most dont, and since no one actually posts VPNs proven to work today im not even sure theyre telling the truth, so why would anyone want to pay a fee on a whim just for exhentai kek
