Alright I talked with my expert, here's what he had to say.

>Her aesthetic is mostly incongruous with her young girl and Mem forms, the pivot to adopt Elysia's skin is too on the nose
>In meta, her character-locked kit clearly declares her lack of future use. Leaks on Elation path and subsequent path bloat Hoyo is trending toward don't bode well for her E0S0 stack generation with limited future Remembrance characters.
For these reasons and some others, it's gonna be a skip for me. But my offer still stands for the Mem hat.
