The boat ride there took a few hours. By the time we made it to Aether Paradise, it was already dark. "Is it too late for the interview?", I asked. Wicke smiled. "Miss Lusamine won't mind. She prefers the night". I could understand that. I tend to work late hours and I've become quite fond of the dark. I usually find myself writing my best pieces after midnight. Wicke leads me inside the building. It's huge and imposing. Dozens of employees are busily working on computers. A few
are transporting large containers of who knows what. Wicke sees my wonderment. "It's quite impressive isn't it. Miss Lusamine is an incredible woman." I nod in agreement. Wicke and I step into an elevator and she presses one of the buttons on the control panel. The elevator starts going down. We remain in this metal box for over two minutes. I had no idea this facility was so huge. Being so deep in the ocean makes me feel a little nervous. The elevator finally stops and Wicke motions me to follow her. She leads me to two large wooden doors. They look expensive. Wicke knocks on the door "Miss Lusamine, I've delivered the journalist".

Wicke beckons me to go inside. I turn one of the doorknobs and enter the room. The walls are a bright white, its almost blinding. Inside the room lies a large wooden desk that looks to be made of the same wood used for the doors. Sitting behind the desk is President Lusamine. She is furiously typing on her keyboard. "Hello, President Lusamine, it's nice to meet you". I say enthusiastically. She does not respond and continues typing. "Excuse me, President Lusamine?" I ask. She looks up for a split second and responds "Sit down and wait". She points to a chair in front of her desk. I sit down and wait patiently for her to finish whatever she is working on.
