Hi, I have it too since 2021. Developed it before taking any vaccines btw for the retards here. You're courageous to make this thread, I would be afraid of the anti science crowd on here, discussing this with them seems pointless

What can be done?
>proper nutrition goes without saying
>avoid reinfection the best you can
>keep your blood pressure stable and low by getting enough potassium and magnesium and limiting your salt intake
>take NAC (cysteine)
>make sure you move, even just walk a bit, when you're able to, so your cardiovascular system doesn't degenerate more than it has to and maintains itself, keeps removing waste products
>vitamin b12, make sure your blood level is on the higher end
>vitamin d3 20.000 IU/week

How to keep some sanity and avoid your life spiralling out of control too much:
>keep a daily routine, always do the same things roughly the same hour, the more punctual the better. When you have trouble thinking and remembering, it's hard to figure out what you should be doing 'right now', but when you have a routine and habits established, it doesn't require any thinking, it's automatic.

The causes from what I've read have to do with capillary rarefaction and reduced blood flow throughout the body, the viral particles are with 99% probability still in our guts and some other places according to studies

Medical treatments, pills? Haven't tried many, there aren't any very good ones from what I've heard and I dont have the energy to keep talking to doctors while many of them don't even know any of the research and are happy to psychologize everything. Some months I get a bit better and can go outside, some months I get worse and I'm housebound, I'm always waiting to get a bit better so I can do a little more

There were studies showing some gut bacteria strains were absent in people with long covid, you can try fixing that, haven't tried it myself yet

Good luck, I won't be reading the replies, anti science retards annoy me too much
