I'm actually glad Alice offers to pay every chance she gets. Hugo is charitable as well. It bothered me than Astra, despite being rich, has at no point offered us financial help, all the other characters why money offers us cash. At least on the resort event she boosted the popularity of the place enough to get it back in track.
