Using YouTube to learn cooking seems smart. Most of what I learned was just trial and error and asking my mom so there are a lot of gaps for some things. Thats really cool though, I bet your shrimp stock soup is a lot of good.

I see. In English a stew is something with much thicker broth thats usually opaque while a soup is something with a broth that is thin enough to be transparent.
