I read that. So what is the definition of visualisation? When I close my eyes, it's trivial to visualise a 3D apple, reddish with some lighter parts, a little spotted; I can rotate it around and then automatically take it in my hand and feel it. This is easy, and I've never had to train or practice in order to do it. Is this what visualisation is supposed to be?
Asking because this happens behind the eyes, in the centre of my head. I don't see it, I "see" it. What I can't do is bring up "the white movie screen" in front of my eyes and overlay images onto it. If I try that, I get dim ghostly outlines of shapes that are "level 4"-tier at best, and fade quickly.
