on a serious note, I like how misogyny is explored in coffin, not just through how the male characters dismiss women, but also with how the female characters dismiss them too. For example, Ashley growing up watching fundie talk shows not only explains her foul language, but also in part her insecurities about her identity as a woman
Conversly, Andrew's misogyny is more subtle, but still present in how possesively he treats julia, and then Ashley; in the case of the former, disregarding her agency in their relationship by refusing to stop Ashley's abuse, and in the case of the latter, abusing her verbally (and eventually physically) when she upsets him
Other details like the grandpa and the Surgeon being unabashed pigs, Julia's tampon starting the [disengage] fight, and Andrew intending to exploit Julias body (via pregnancy) to 'secure' his relationship with her, all hit on the same theme of the exploitation of women, which compliments the game's broader theme of Abuse, imo
